Check out the fashion of Central Square at our First Ever ArtsCentral Fashion Show, showcasing a perfectly Central Square-eclectic collection of clothes, accessories, music and models.

With Rozann Kraus of the Dance Complex as MC, how could this not be a great event? Hosted by McFeeley Records, an "independent phonorecord label," the fashion show will not only promote a great, McFeeley-approved DJ, but will also show off Central Square's style! Participating stores include Men's Designer Fashion Outlet, Tellos, Keezer's, Great Eastern Trading Co., Goodwill, Shalimar, and more. The designers include UV protection, Aliza Shapiro, Kate Shepard, and Suzanne Piubeni, among other guest appearances. The evening will kick off with a performance by Marta Moussa, Polynesian dance and beautiful traditional costumes, and end with a performance by the band Magic People.

This event is not to be missed! Join us on September 17th from 7:30PM at the YWCA in Central Square to witness what only Central Square can provide- local businesses, designers, models and humor. Yep, many Central Square models! We really are that beautiful. AND we are expecting members of the Cambridge Police Department, Senator Jarrett Barrios, Ken Field of the Revolutionary Snake Ensemble, Robin Franz of the Central Square Business Association, The Weekly DIG arts editor Dave Wildman, photographer Mark Ostow, visual artist Karen Aqua and the ladies of All the Kings Men to strut their stuff down the runway. There will also be a few real models from Barbizon. The fashion show is curated by designer Kate Shepard.
